All orders are shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, California. Domestic customers may select from USPS or UPS for all orders within The United States.
- Shipping Fee — $5.95 for all orders under $50. Free for all orders over $50.
- Processing Time — 1-5 business days.
- Transit Time — 1-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (OUTSIDE USA)
All orders are shipped from Rancho Cucamonga, California. International customers may select from USPS, UPS, or DHL for all orders outside of The United States.
Note: Each country has their own tax, duties and customs charges. Guidotti Candle cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Please contact your local post office or customs office for what these may be.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship after it has been processed. Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Processing time takes 1-5 business days of receipt from the order date. However, if we have a promotion or a new launch, orders may take longer to process. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, guidotticompany.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
If I select a faster shipping option at checkout does that include faster processing time?
No. Selecting a faster shipping option at checkout only speeds up transit time with the postal carrier.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
You will receive an email.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number. Once orders have left our facility, the package is in the care of the postal carrier. To get the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment, please check your tracking number or contact the postal carrier directly. Please allow a few hours after your order has been shipped for tracking information to become available.
