Ordering

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Amazon Payments, Google Pay, PayPal, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Meta. 

Can I cancel or change something about my order?

We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. 

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number via email. Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before tracking information becomes available.

Customer Accounts

Do I need to create an account before placing an order?

No. Customer accounts are optional. 

Why should I create a customer account?

You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise. Additionally you will be able to keep track of your order history.

Once you sign in to your account with your email address and password, it will direct you to your account overview to update/edit your account information.

MISCELLANEOUS

Why does the color of my product look different than the images online?

Colors shown in a photograph or video may not accurately represent the exact color of the product, although we work hard on our end to make sure colors are displayed as accurate as possible. The actual color may appear different in-person and on everyone.

When will my liquid lipstick expire?

12 months.

Is there a smell to your liquid lipsticks?

A light vanilla smell.
